% 14.01.2020 This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the Suit bearing T.M.No. 27/2017, titled Pooja Electric Co. v. Meghdoot Electric Co. pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Patiala House, New Delhi to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi to be tried with Suit bearing T.M.No.1129/2016, titled Inder Singh vs. Ram Mohan & Ors. The learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that instead of transferring the Suit pending before Patiala House Court to the Tis Hazari Courts, he has no objection if the suit bearing No.1129/2016 is transferred to the Patiala House Courts. He further submits that order of consolidation of suits be not passed as there are different parties in the Suits. Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, Suit bearing No. 1129/2016, titled Inder Singh vs. Ram Mohan & Ors. is transferred to the

Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Patiala House Court to be listed alongwith Suit bearing T.M.No. 27/2017, titled Pooja Electric Co. v. Meghdoot Electric Co. on 7th February, 2020. As far as the question of consolidation of two Suits is concerned, the same shall be considered by the learned Trial Court upon hearing the parties. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
