Crl.M.A. 34886/2019 In view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of. Crl.M.C. 4388/2019 1.

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks necessary orders thereby directing the Ld. Trial Court of Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka, New Delhi, to decide the maintenance petition filed by the respondents under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, titled as Smt. Manju and others vs. Shri Tan Singh, now fixed for hearing on 07.12.2019 within the time bound manner.

The respondents filed petition against the petitioner under section 125of Cr.P.C. for grant of maintenance which was registered as petition no.M-377/2011 before the court mentioned above. Learned Trial Court was pleased to frame the issues vide order dated 27.04.2013 and thereafter respondent's evidence was closed on 06.05.2014, however, till date, the aforesaid case has not been concluded.

In view of the averments stated in the said petition and the submission of counsel, I hereby direct the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka, New Delhi, to dispose of petition under section 125 of Cr.P.C pending before him within four weeks from the next date of hearing. 4.
