O R D E R

% 01.02.2017 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.158/2016 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 420/ 34 IPC against the petitioners at Police Station Neb Sarai. The complainant is present in Court and states that the settlement amount has been received. He is identified by the Investigating Officer. The parties have arrived at a settlement on 09.08.2016 which has been placed on record.

The complainant states that he has not been subjected to any pressure or coercion and that he has entered the settlement out of own free will. The complainant further states that he joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.

The original title deed documents which are stated to be in the custody of the I.O. shall be released to the petitioner forthwith. Dasti.
