The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"a. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the FIR bearing No. 0451/2018 dated 24.12.2018 registered at P.S. Ashok Vihar, Delhi for offences u/s 420, 468 & 471 IPC; b. pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled with respondent no. 2/Mr. Sunil Kumar Aggarwal before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement dated 07.10.2023.
