Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The prayer made in this petition is that a direction be issued to provide green cover at the subject land which has been described in the writ petition to be situated at the median of road emanating from Sabz Burj towards Delhi High Court by fencing the median, planting trees and providing the green cover.

Learned counsel representing the respondent on instructions has stated that a decision has been taken to provide the green cover over the subject land and to fence the median as well.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in this writ petition which is disposed of in terms of the statement made.
