% 11.05.2018 Petitioners have prayed for quashing of the FIR No. 506/2000 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2.

It is submitted that matter has been compromised between the petitioners and respondent no. 2; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 Ms. Laxmi is present in Court and has been identified by SI Ajay Kumar of police station Kirti Nagar.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she has not compromised the matter with petitioners.

Accordingly, present petition is dismissed.
