This suit is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff for permanent and mandatory injunction and compensation for defamation and rendition of accounts for the profits earned by the Defendants by violating image rights of the Plaintiff.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the suit owing to the fact that Plaintiff has no means to pay the court fee, with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum.

Suit is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
