O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 344/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation At, 1996 read with Section 151 CPC for extension of time by three months beyond October 20, 2019, for completion of Arbitral proceedings.
Mr. Rishi Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn my attention to an order passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal wherein the Arbitral Tribunal has directed the parties to move the court for extension of time till March 31, 2020. Learned counsel for the parties are also agreeable for extension of time till that date.
If that be so, the period for completing Arbitral proceedings is extended till March 31, 2020, w.e.f October 20, 2019. The petition stands disposed of.
