The limited prayer in the present petition to the effect that the learned Trial Court be requested to decide the suit for partition in an expeditious manner.
2.
Petitioner herein is defendant No.1 before the learned Trial Court and is, reportedly, a 90 years old widow.
3.
Undoubtedly, the petitioner herein is an aged lady but, fact remains that, the suit in question, which seeks partition, declaration and injunction was filed in the year 2022 and at present, the case is fixed for 05.07.2025 for arguments on preliminary issue.
4.
The age of the petitioner is, however, certainly an important factor and this Court is sure and certain that said aspect would be kept in mind by the learned Trial Court and it would see as to what best priority can be given to the abovesaid suit.
5.
No further direction, at the moment, is required. 6.
