The appellant is aggrieved by an order dated 28.05.2019 by which a retired District Judge was appointed by the Family Court as a Local Commissioner for recording the evidence in the matter. She is also aggrieved by the order dated 16.08.2019, passed by the Family Court rejecting an application moved by her for modification of the order dated 28.05.2019, passed by the predecessor Family Court. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. He assures this Court that the appellant shall be participating in the proceedings before the Local Commissioner, which are listed.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications.
