Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit, that in the mediation proceedings held before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, a settlement agreement dated 27.03.2026 has been executed, as per which, the petitioner has occurred to pay a sum of Rs.11,00,000/-, and the same stands disbursed and received by the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent agrees to the same, and further states that in terms of the settlement agreement, the claim filed by the respondent No. 1A before CGIT would also be withdrawn within 15 days of the withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
