This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10/11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks following prayers:- "A. Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent for wilful, deliberate and continuing disobedience and non-compliance of the Order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Patiala House Court in GP No. 28 of 2024;

B. Punish the Respondent for wilful, deliberate and intentional breach of the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Patiala House Court in GP No. 28 of 2024, with imprisonment and fine in accordance with law; and/or C. Pass any other appropriate orders, directions that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the present case." 3.

During the course of the arguments, it was pointed out that order dated 24.02.2025 passed in GP 28/2024 was modified by learned Family Court vide order dated 19.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even the directions passed vide the said order was also not been compiled by the respondent for which a fresh contempt petition has already been filed which is due to be listed.

In view of the aforesaid, without prejudice to rights and contentions raised in this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
