Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions inasmuch as during the pendency of the present petitions, the respondent has issued separate reports under Section 26(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 qua each hospital which is the subject matter of the investigation, and also supplied copy of the same to the concerned hospitals. 2.

While seeking to withdraw the present petitions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to assail the said reports, in accordance with law. 3.

In the circumstances, the present petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
