This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 65 days in filing the present Contempt Petition.

In view of the facts and circumstances stated in the application, the delay is condoned.

This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 12th December 2024 passed in W.P.(C) 15644/2023, where the following directions were passed:

Mr. Avnish Singh appears on advance notice on behalf of respondent and states on instructions that the process is almost complete and the orders shall be passed in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, within 2-3 weeks.

Based on this undertaking, the petition is disposed of. 5.
It is made clear that this timeline of three weeks is sacrosanct, and any non-compliance of the same will invite contempt measures against the respondent's officers.

The decision shall be communicated in writing to the counsel for petitioner in order that they are well informed within the said three weeks. 7.

Liberty is given to petitioner to revive the petition in case of any continued infraction.
