This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking the following prayers:- "a) To take coercive steps against the Respondents/alleged Contemnors for not complying with the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (C) No.12692/2023 titled "Lakshmi Dhania Vs. DDA & Ors": and /or b) Restrain Contemnor nos. 1 & 2 to take any step towards legitimizing illegal construction work in society in furtherance of purported revised drawings dated July 13, 2024;..."

dated 13.03.2024 passed in WP(C) 12692/2023 titled "Mrs. Lakshmi Dhania vs. DDA", the respondents are not removing illegal constructions and encroachments in the Group Housing Cooperative Society, i.e. Sadbhawna CGHS Limited, Dwarka, New Delhi. 3.

Mr. Sannu, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors/respondent Nos. 1-3/DDA, states that unauthorised construction has been booked, a sealing and demolition order dated 30.01.2026 has already been passed and further steps will be taken expeditiously, in any case not later than 12 weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Sannu, learned counsel for the contemnors/respondent Nos. 1-3/DDA, and binding the respective respondents to the statement made in Court, the present contempt petition is disposed of since the aforesaid order is being duly complied with.

In case the order passed today is not complied with, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the contempt petition.
