This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 13th December 2024 passed in W.P.(C) NO.17209/2024, where the following directions were passed:

Counsel appears on behalf of the STF and states that the Writ Petition itself has been treated as representation and the concern is being recorded in the Minutes of the Meeting of the STF.

As per ATR of the MCD, the properties are already booked. 4.

Even counsel for petitioner states that one shop has now been sealed on the ground floor of the property.

Counsel for STF states that further action is to be taken in this regard by the MCD.

Counsel for MCD states on instructions that two gates have been sealed on ground floor on 17th May 2025 and further action is also planned in accordance with law.

The Court does not see any reason for this petition to subsist. 8.
