The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a. To give directions to the Respondents that they will not sale out the possessed property and not to create third party interest during the pendency of the matter.
b. Any other or further order or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also passed / granted in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondents in the interest of justice, equity and good conscious. c. Admit the application of the Petitioner and to give the direction to the respondents that the possession be given back to the Petitioner immediately;
d. Award cost of the present proceedings for and in favour of the applicant and against the Respondent.
e. Such other orders be passed or reliefs be granted as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper having regard to this fact and circumstances of the case."
