Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the payment as set out in order dated 06.09.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court could not be made owing to the fact that complete documentation was not provided by the Petitioner.

1.1 Learned Counsel for the Petitioner refutes the same. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that only PAN card of the Petitioner is awaited and once it is received, the payment shall be credited to the Petitioner within two weeks from that date. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner shall supply a copy of the PAN card of the Petitioner to the office of the learned Standing Counsel via email within next two days. The Respondents shall ensure that compliance is made within two weeks from today subject to the receipt of the copy of the PAN card of the Petitioner.

The Petition stands disposed of in the aforegoing terms. 5.
