The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeks the following prayers: - "a. stay the proceedings of the Eviction Petition no. 9 of 2017 pending before the Ld. Additional Rent Controller (South - East), Saket Courts, New Delhi till adjudication of the present revision petition;

b. call for the records of the Eviction Petition no. 9 of 2017 pending before the Ld. Additional Rent Controller (South - East), Saket Courts, New Delhi;

c. set aside the Impugned Order dated 28.03.2022 and dismiss / reject the application seeking leave to defend filed by the Respondent;

d. pass an order of eviction against the Respondent and in favour of the Petitioners; and e. pass any other order as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience."
