% 11.11.2025 Mr. Pramod Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits, that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petitions, since the petitioner school has already availed the Amnesty Scheme of respondent No. 1.

Mr. Gupta submits, that as per the terms of the scheme, they were to file an affidavit in these proceedings, which would be done, during the course of the day.

Let requisite affidavit be filed within 02 weeks; with copy to the opposing counsel.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Gupta, the writ petitions are disposed-of as withdrawn.
