At the outset, learned counsel for respondents/ landlords, without going into the merits involved in the present petition, seek a remand of the present petition after the impugned order dated 13.01.2025, passed by the learned ACJ/CCJ/ARC (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (learned ARC) is set aside and the leave to defend is granted to the petitioner/ tenant. 2.
In response, learned counsel for the petitioner/ tenant submits that he has no objection and/ or grievance if the impugned order dated 13.01.2025 rejecting the application seeking leave to defend of the petitioner/ tenant herein is set aside and the parties are relegated for appropriate proceedings before the learned ARC thereafter. 3.
As such, based on the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, and also in the interest of justice, the leave to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
