% 11.11.2025 RFA 521/2025 In the context of the statement made by Mr. Tara Chand Sharma, learned counsel as recorded in para 9 of order dated 17.07.2025, Mr. Anurag Parashar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits, that since on 04.08.2025 the within named Mr. Hans Raj Sethi has made a statement before the learned trial court, confirming that he has executed a gift deed in favour of his nieces viz., Smt. Sunila Joshi, Smt. Sneh Kumar, and Smt. Sujata Verma, nothing further survives in the present appeal. Mr. Parashar seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
