The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (4) & (6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the parties have suggested the name of Justice A.K. Sikri, a Former Judge of the Supreme Court as Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate the dispute and differences between the parties.

If that be so, this Court appoints Justice A.K. Sikri, a Former Judge of the Supreme Court as a Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate
