Learned counsel for the respondent appearing through VC submits that the present revision petition was filed assailing impugned order dated 17.08.2023 whereby the application of the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 CPC had been dismissed.

It is submitted that the revision petition has become infructuous because of learned ARC-02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi has already passed a final eviction order in terms of judgment dated 10.11.2023.

The revision petition is accordingly dismissed for having been rendered infructuous.
