O R D E R

% 13.07.2017 On the complaint of Shri Deshpal Singh, Authorized Representative of respondent no. 2, FIR no. 19/2014 under Section 63 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 (Amendment Acts 1984 & 1994) and Sections 103/104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 was registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing.

Investigation is over.

Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed.

However, charges are yet to be framed.

Matter is at the initial stage.

Petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably. It is submitted that FIR may be quashed. Shri Deshpal Singh is present in Court

and has been identified by SI Yogendra Kumar, P.S. EOW, inasmuch as Authorization Letter dated 1st December, 2016 has also been placed on record. He submits that matter has been settled without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

He further submits that respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the criminal proceedings any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, FIR no. 19/2014 under Section 63 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 (Amendment Acts 1984 & 1994) and Sections 103/104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing, which is at the initial stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
