% 21.03.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the available record. The learned Trial Judge is running its Court on the basis of its diary and the procedure being followed by the Trial Court. This Court is of the considered opinion that Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, is not to be used for maintaining the diary of the Trial Court.
It is the discretion of the Trial Court to proceed with the matter as per its diary.
