% 11.02.2017 As per the settlement arrived at, out of the awarded amount which is lying deposited with the Registrar General, a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (without any interest) be released to the appellant as and when the appellant approaches for the purpose. The remaining amount lying deposited with the Registrar

General be released to the respondents proportionately in terms of the award. Appeal stands settled accordingly.
