O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, during the course of arguments, submits that the petitioner had appeared in the FMG Examination conducted in the year 2009 as well. However, on a query posed by the Court he has not been able to show a single document to support his contention that he appeared in the said FMG Examinations of the year 2009. 2.

However, the learned counsel for the respondent has invited attention of the Court to para 8 of the counter affidavit to contend that the petitioner had appeared in the FMG Examination in different sessions - March 2010, September 2010, March 2011, March 2012, September 2012, September 2013, June 2015, December 2015 and June 2016. 3.

A perusal of Annexure R-1 (colly) shows that the results of all the aforesaid examinations have been placed on record which indicate that the petitioner has failed in all such examinations. 5.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and no further orders are called for.
