This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking an amendment of the writ petition.

As stated in the application, Petitioner has by mistake laid a challenge to the wrong Recruitment Rules.

In my view, the application cannot be allowed as it attempts to change the entire complexion of the writ petition.

Application is therefore dismissed.
