Counsel for the appellants states that a suit being IPA No. 4/2015 titled as Saksham Sharma and Anr. Vs. Srivardhan Sharma and Ors. was filed in the Original Side of this Court, and which suit was settled between the appellants and respondent no. 1 and appellants in the said suit had agreed to withdraw the present appeal as per the settlement arrived at between them. It is stated that inspite of repeated reminders appellants are not contacting the counsel for the appellants and which possibly is because the matter is settled between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is disposed of on account of the settlement entered into between the parties in IPA No. 4/2015. VALMIKI J. MEHTA, J AUGUST 16, 2018/AK
