% 05.02.2020 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the lis has been settled amicably for an amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- against all claims of the workman.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rs. 5,08,000/- has already been deposited in this Court. Let the same be released to the respondent directly into his bank account bearing no. 394502010058683, Union Bank, Mangolpuri Branch, New Delhi, IFS Code: UBIN0539457. The remaining amount, along with interest accrued thereon, shall be paid to the workman-respondent on or before 26.02.2020 directly into the aforementioned bank account.

Let an affidavit of undertaking in terms of the above be filed by both the parties within a week from today.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms.
