% 24.09.2019 The present petition has been instituted seeking transfer of trial of the case from the Court of learned ASJ Central district Delhi Sh. Satish Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he withdraws all the allegations levelled against the learned Addl. Sessions Judge as well as complaints, if any filed by him.

Heard. In view of the above submission and keeping in mind the dictum that justice should not only be done but seen to have been done, the petition is allowed, in the interest of justice. The case be transferred to a competent court of West District Delhi conducting trial of such kind of cases. Let the parties appear before the court concerned on 1st October, 2019, who will send the file through Learned District & Sessions Judge, (HQs.), THC, Delhi to the Ld. District & Sessions Judge (West), THC, Delhi, for assigning the case to the Court constituted for dealing with such cases. Ordered accordingly. The petition stands disposed of.
