The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.09.2021 (hereafter 'the impugned order') passed by the learned CMM in Complaint Case No. 1955/2021 and seeking quashing of FIR No. 0744/2021 which was registered consequent to the passing of the impugned order.

The learned Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the Police, after investigation, has already filed a closure report which is pending consideration before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the present petition seeking quashing of FIR has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
