Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that the petitioner/non-applicant had handed over an expired Demand Draft "DD" hereinafter) to the applicant/respondent no.2 on 29th February, 2024. 2.

The non-applicant/petitioner, appearing in person, received the said original DD and he undertakes that he will issue the new DD with the same amount in the name of the applicant/respondent no.2 within two weeks. 3.

Let the needful be done within two weeks as prayed. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant application stands disposed of.
