% 11.02.2020 Crl.M.A. No. 1030/2020 and 1200/2020 The petition has already been disposed of vide order dated 15.11.2019 and taken up on Crl.M.A. No. 1030/2020 and 1200/2020 filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of the order dated 15.11.2019 in Crl. M.C. No. 4360/2019 and amendment in the prayer clause seeking addition of section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in addition to Sections 323/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The prayers made in the applications are not opposed on behalf of the State.

In view of the observations made in paragraph 5 of the order dated 15.11.2019, the prayers made by the petitioners are allowed and the order dated 15.11.2019 shall apply qua FIR No. 479/2016, PS

Sarojini Nagar, under Section 323/354/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
