The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.480/2016, under Section 419/420/120B IPC of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered with PS Najafgarh, and proceedings arising therefrom be quashed.

The learned ASC appearing for the State submits, on instructions of SI Nanag Ram, Investigating Officer, that the present petition is misconceived as the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom, have already been quashed.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in this petition.

The same is disposed of.

The pending applications are also disposed of.
