Petitioner appearing in person has handed over a copy of the settlement order dated 03.02.2026, by virtue whereof the parties have entered into a settlement before the learned Family Court-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi passed in Suit No. EX. 733/2025. The said order is taken on record.

She further submits that pursuant to the aforesaid settlement entered between the parties before the learned Family Court, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, the divorce has also been granted on 10.02.2026. 3.

She, in light of the aforesaid, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as it has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
