% 27.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has impugned the letter dated 04.06.2015 passed by the respondent whereby the petitionerinstitute was directed not to admit any students in its GNM and ANM Programs without any prior approval of the respondent. Pursuant to the re-inspection carried out by the respondent, the petitioner has been granted permission to run the GNM course with the strength of 30 students and the petitioner is running the said course as on date without any objection from the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of various subsequent decisions of this Court, he wishes to file a comprehensive representation with the respondent to re-consider his request for grant of approval for conducting ANM course and additional seats in GNM course.

The petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent with a comprehensive representation for reconsidering his case for grant of recognition for conducting ANM course and for further seats in the GNM course, which representation, as and when filed would be considered by the respondent on its own merits.
