This order is continuation of the order dated 07.02.2018, on which date, learned counsel for the respondents had sought time to obtain instructions from the department with regard to the Signals dated 21.12.2017 and 23.01.2018, whereby the petitioner was transferred to Chhattisgarh. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents states, on instructions today that the department has decided not to give effect to the Signals dated 21.12.2017 and 23.01.2018 qua the petitioner. 3.

In this view of the matter, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, Signals dated 21.12.2017 and 23.01.2018 qua the petitioner are quashed and set aside. 4.
