Pursuant to order dated 23.10.2024, Mr. Pragyan Pradip Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied with an order that they be permitted to file a representation before the respondent No.1-Authority with regard to the shifting of the transformer in question from its present location to an alternative location.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 states that if such a representation is made, it will be considered and disposed of within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
