The present Appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act, 19551, challenges the Order dated 03.06.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Misc. Application No. 29/2022, filed under Section 24 read with Section 26 of the HMA in case being H.M.A. Petition No. 5861945/2016, titled <Shri Sandeep Kumar Prashar v. Smt. Ritu=, whereby maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- was granted only to their minor son namely Master Pankaj.

Learned counsel for the Appellant after arguing for some time prays for permission to withdraw the present Appeal in order to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court for grant of amount for the treatment of the child and ancillary expenses thereto. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that he has no objections to this request.
