% 06.02.2018 CRL.M.A.No.2296/2018 (Exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 395/2018 1.

Only grievance of the petitioner / complainant is that the anticipatory bail application moved by respondents No.2 & 3 has been adjourned on several occasions and they have been granted interim protection by the learned Trial Court. 2.

On perusal of the file, it reveals that the anticipatory bail application was listed for hearing on 16.01.2018. It was adjourned to 20.01.2018 while granting interim bail / protection to the respondents

No.2 & 3. On 20.01.2018, again it was adjourned to 30.01.2018. On 30.01.2018, it is stated to have been adjourned for 15.02.2018. 3.

Since interim protection has been granted to the respondents No.2 & 3, learned Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the said anticipatory bail application on merits on 15.02.2018 or soon thereafter.

In view of the above, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
