% 23.08.2016 By the present petition, the petitioners seek transfer of the eviction petition No. 27/2014 titled as "Ishwar Saran & Anr. Vs. M/s. B.M. Khanna & Co. & Ors." presently pending in the court of Ms.Harleen Kaur, ARC (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the court of Rent Controller, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. It is urged that the appropriate court having territorial jurisdiction would be the court of Rent Controller, Central District, Tis Hazari. Inadvertently, the petition has been filed in the court where it is pending presently. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, the eviction petition No. 27/2014 titled as "Ishwar Saran & Anr. Vs. M/s. B.M. Khanna & Co. & Ors." presently pending in the court of Ms.Harleen Kaur, ARC (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi stands

transferred to the court of Rent Controller, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

The petition stands disposed of.

The parties to appear before the Rent Controller, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 23.09.2016.
