I.A. 28103/2025 has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to withdraw the present suit on account of an out-of-court settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

A copy of the settlement agreement dated 31st October 2025 has been filed along with the application.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
