As per this report, the unauthorised construction has been demolished.

The report also is indicative of the fact that, at present, no fresh construction activity has taken place at the subject site. 4.

A copy of this report has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and, even according to the petitioner, the petition has worked itself out. 6.
