On 9th December, 2024, this Court passed the following order: "1.
None appears to represent the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Respondent draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 24.05.2024 passed by the learned Registrar recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he wanted to withdraw his vakalatnama as some malicious allegations were made against him personally in the counter affidavit. Record indicates that no steps have been taken by the counsel to seek a discharge. 3.
Issue Court notice to the Petitioner, through all permissible modes, returnable on 19.03.2025."

Court notice was served upon the Petitioner for 19th March, 2025; however, there was no appearance on his behalf on the said date.
