The petitioner has filed the application for withdrawal of the writ petition on the ground of a settlement between the parties. A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding ["MoU"] dated 30.06.2025, signed by the petitioner and the Chairperson of respondent No. 2 - Adarsh World School ["the School"], has been annexed to the application. The application is also supported by an affidavit of the petitioner, who is present in Court.

Learned counsel for the School assures the Court that the School will comply with its obligations under the MoU. 3.
