The present appeal under Order XXI Rule 58 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a) Summon the record of execution petition no. 46/2017 from the court of Sh. Ankur Jain, Ld. ADJ, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi; b) Set aside the impugned judgement/decree dated 08.03.2019 passed in Execution petition no. 46/2017 by the court of Sh. Ankur Jain, Ld. ADJ, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and to allow the execution petition filed by the appellant and to put him back in the possession of the property in question;
c) To pass any other or further order/s, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
