Perusal of the case file, it is reveals that plaintiff has filed the suit for specific performance of the property situated at Gandhi Nagar, Delhi -110031. On confirmation from various sources, it is revealed that the dispute pertaining to Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-110031 property would fall in Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
