There is no appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter having been passed over twice. It is 2.35 pm. 3.

The appellants have also not deposited 75% of the award amount in terms of the undertaking given to this Court on 13th July, 2016. 4.

The appeal as well as CM 7922/2014 are dismissed. 5.

Respondent no.2 submits that he has not received any amount from the appellants till date.

The Registrar General shall release the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- to respondents no.1 and 2 in equal shares within a period of two weeks.

Copy of this order be given dasti to respondents under the signature of the Court Master.
